Keep the product reference and the supplier’s care information after purchase. A care method suitable for one finish may not be suitable for another, even when their colours are similar.

Consult the product-specific instructions before applying a cleaner, polish, solvent or surface treatment. If you cannot identify the material, ask the branch for the relevant guidance before proceeding.
Discuss handling with your fabricator
Ask the supplier or fabricator for storage, transport and installation guidance for the exact panel. Share any concern with the branch using the product reference and clear photographs, so the next step can be discussed for that case.
