Frequently asked questions
A few useful answers before you choose a material or contact a branch.
Who does Saedy work with?
Saedy imports and stocks timber and panels and sells directly to the businesses that use them, including kitchen makers, furniture workshops, contractors and carpenters. Share your material references and quantities with a branch to discuss your purchase.
Can I buy directly through the website?
The website helps you browse and prepare an enquiry. It does not take payment or place an order. Review your message and contact a branch to discuss the next step.
Does a listed material mean it is in stock?
A catalogue listing is not a live stock confirmation. Ask the branch to confirm the decor, panel specification, quantity, price and timing for your enquiry.
Are the room images completed Saedy projects?
Room photographs show our partners’ decors in real applications, and visualised rooms are marked as such. Customer projects appear separately under Projects.
Can I rely on the screen colour or studio preview?
Use digital previews to compare a direction. Review a physical sample and the actual specification before ordering; display settings, lighting and pattern scale affect the appearance.
How do I request a sample or quote?
Open the enquiry page, add the relevant material references and choose your request type. The branch confirms sample availability and arrangements or prepares the pricing discussion after you contact it.
Is a bathroom image a suitability guarantee?
No. Confirm the exact product construction and supplier instructions for the intended use, moisture exposure, edges and installation. A decor code or room image alone is not enough.
Where are my studio choices saved?
Studio choices are saved in this browser’s local storage. They are not a customer account and may disappear if browser data is cleared or you use another device.
