Website terms
What the catalogue, imagery and digital tools are intended to help you do.
Using the catalogue
The catalogue is a tool for exploring materials and preparing an enquiry. Published entries are not a live stock feed, price quotation or order acceptance. Confirm the exact product and commercial details with a branch before purchasing.
Images and visual tools
Pattern images, room photographs and visualiser previews help you compare appearance. They cannot confirm exact colour, full-board pattern, construction or performance. Product and room imagery is supplied by our manufacturing partners and shown with their permission; it may not be reused.
Product documentation
Check the supplier instructions for the exact material, finish and intended application. General guides on this website support your preparation for that discussion and do not replace project-specific design or installation decisions.
Questions or corrections
If you notice a missing or inconsistent product detail, contact a branch with the collection and decor code. The team can confirm the information relevant to your enquiry.
