Overview
Sauerländer Spanplatten extrudes its tube cores rather than pressing them flat, so the chips stand perpendicular to the faces. That orientation gives very low thickness swelling, smooth door faces and high resistance to impact and pressing loads, while the tubes cut weight by up to 60% against a solid board. Screw withdrawal is even across the whole board. The maker also offers sound insulation, fire protection and profile cores.
