Load-bearing OSB for humid conditions: sheathing, roof decking and floors.
Overview
ARSER's OSB/3 is the moisture-resistant grade of oriented strand board, for load-bearing use in humid conditions. Moisture resistance refers to the binder: the board is not waterproof and should be kept dry on site, with a 2–3 mm expansion gap at square edges. It is used for wall sheathing, roof decking and floor bases. Saedy stocks it in 8, 9, 11, 15 and 18 mm, in 1220 × 2440 mm sheets.

Ready to use in a BOQ
Supply and fix 18 mm ARSER OSB/3 to EN 300 type OSB/3, formaldehyde class E1, reaction to fire D-s2, d0, with 2–3 mm expansion gaps at square edges, fixed with corrosion-resistant fasteners as per approved drawings.
