Turkish melamine-faced MDF and chipboard, in standard, moisture-resistant and fire-resistant cores.
Overview
Kastamonu presses decorative melamine paper onto its own boards: on MDF the range is sold as Medelam (Vision collection), on particleboard as Teknolam and Yongalam. The same decors come on a green moisture-resistant core and a red fire-resistant core, and selected decors are also finished as Glossmax high-gloss or Mattplus extra-matt lacquered panels. Surface textures run from smooth and soft-matt to veneer grain and synchronised pores that follow the printed wood. Colours are chosen from the Kastamonu e-catalogue.

Ready to use in a BOQ
Supply and install 18 mm Kastamonu melamine-faced board to EN 14322, core MDF or P2 particleboard as specified, formaldehyde class E1, decor and texture to approved sample, edges banded to match, cut and fixed as per approved drawings.
