Bending Plywood
Plywood that curves along one axis, for rounded counters, columns and joinery.
Overview
Bending plywood is laid up so that nearly all its veneers run the same way, which lets the sheet roll into a curve across the grain while staying stiff in the other direction. It is light, forms to a tight radius by hand or over a jig, and takes laminate, veneer or paint once shaped. ARSER supplies it with an E1 interior glue for furniture and fit-out work. Saedy stocks it in 5 and 8 mm.
